The Composite IMPP™ cone using interlaced KEVLAR® brand fiber is super-strong, rigid, tough, and very lightweight—the perfect attributes for big, booming bass and 240-watt max. power handling—and its High-Energy Strontium Magnet and Conex Damper deliver higher power handling and deeper bass. The mid-range is a 1-5/8” Foamed PPC Balanced Dome with Magnetic Fluid and includes its own Strontium Magnet, for high-performance reproduction and low distortion. Completing the design are a 3/8” Dome Tweeter and Supertweeter, for truly superior highs. The Oversized 6-1/2" design is a perfect fit for many GM and Chrysler vehicles, and takes full advantage of the application with a larger cone for more powerful bass performance than a typical 6-1/2" speaker.  A Chrysler 3-hole adapter is included for added install compatibility.
